How long is a conference?
Including travel days, the Leadership Conference is 9 days in length. See our calendar for exact dates.
What does the week look like?
- Friday: Travel from the USA to Cairo
- Saturday: Cairo arrival and orientation
- Sunday: Preach in the morning and evening in Cairo
- Monday: Visit the Pyramids, Shop & Travel to Alexandria
- Monday: Conference Begins
- Friday: Conference concludes
- Saturday: Travel Home
What does a conference day look like?
- 7:30 AM - Wake up
- 8:00-8:30 AM - Personal Devotion
- 8:30-9:00 AM - Breakfast
- 9:00-9:30 AM - Worship
- 9:30-11:10 AM - Sessions
- 11:10-11:40 AM - Break
- 11:40 AM-1:20 PM - Sessions
- 2:00-3:00 PM - Lunch
- 3:00-6:00 PM - Rest
- 6:00-7:00 PM - Worship
- 7:00-8:30 PM - Evening service
- 9:00-10:00 PM - Dinner

Speakers are invited by the Leadership of Operation Serve ®. If interested, contact the home office.
What is the cost?
Application fee - $25
Conference fees - $2150
Airfare – Covered by the Conference fees
Where does the money go?
Application fee – covers the cost of materials and an OSI team t-shirt
Conference fees – cover the cost of airfare, hotel, transportation in Egypt, meals and touring.
Who makes the travel arrangements?
Operation Serve ® makes the travel arrangements for the Leadership Conferences.
