Education and Community Development

OSI Literacy School
More than 70% of the poor in Egypt and Mexico are illiterate. OSI equips these forgotten ones with the necessary tools to better their quality of life. This has been an extremely effective instrument to share the love of Jesus Christ with those less fortunate.

English as a Second Language
Most young people around the world search for opportunities to learn English. We believe that if we are to impact the next generation we must be relevant to our times and address real needs. Teaching English will help us reach future leaders and world changers.

OSI Trade School
OSI trade school offers valuable training in skills such as carpentry, electricity, plumbing, painting, and masonry, along with computer operation and repair. To provide the poor with skills will improve their quality of life.

Christmas Outreach
What a better way to celebrate the Birth of Christ our Savior than answering a humble prayer! Every Christmas season Operation Serve deploys a Christmas Outreach Team to Mexico City where many children have their wishes of receiving a new toy granted, and many families receive a box of groceries. Our special Christmas team departs every year early in December. See the Team Calendar for the specific dates. We need your help to pray, go, and give. There are still openings on that team.

If you are interested in joining this team please call our office or you can download an application from our Web site (www.operationserve.org). We invite you to partner with us in this Christmas Outreach by giving $10 to purchase new toys for a child or $15 to purchase a week's worth of groceries.

Your donation enables us to serve thousands!
