It has been said, to enrich a country, you must impact its leaders. It is our desire to do just that. Those leaders will effectively and efficiently spread the word of God to their own people. Oasis Leadership Institute is the leadership arm of OSI that has had tremendous success and impact on Egypt, the Arab world, and Mexico. Training 230 pastors and leaders at four to six seminars a year enables us to annually impact between 1000 to 1500 national pastors and leaders. Pastors and leaders who participate come from a wide range of denominations and church backgrounds.
Inter-Denominational:
The ministry of Operation Serve® International is inter-denominational in nature where the participants in our training seminars come from a wide range of denominations, and church backgrounds. The gathering of those theologically diverse pastors and leaders strengthens the work of the Lord and brings unity to the body. We aim to serve the national leaders through training, teaching, uniting their efforts for the cause of the Gospel.

Conference Traveling Itinerary:
- Friday: Travel from the USA to Cairo
- Saturday: Cairo arrival and orientation
- Sunday: Preach in the morning and evening in Cairo
- Monday: Visit the Pyramids, Shop & Travel to Alexandria
- Monday: Conference Begins
- Friday: Conference concludes
- Saturday: Travel Home
Travel Costs & Accommodations:
Trip Cost of $2,150 includes:
- Round trip transatlantic flight from your home city
- Hotel accommodations, with meals, water & soft drinks included.
- All transfers, touring, and all entrance fees for sight-seeing
- Egyptian Visas will be processed by OSI
- (Add $300 if you desire 5-star accommodations while in Cairo)
Nature of Conference:
Oasis Leadership Institute (OLI) offers leadership training to Arab/Egyptian pastors and leaders, Participants receive approximately 6-7 hours of intense leadership training each day.
Actual Conference Dates:
Start: Monday night at 7 PM
Ends: Friday noon at 12 PM
